The 761st Tank Battalion was activated on April 1, 1942 at Camp Clairborne, Louisiana, and deployed to Europe, landing at Omaha Beach in France on October 10, 1944. They were primarily made up of African-American soldiers, who by federal law were not permitted to serve alongside white troops. They were known as the Black Panthers after their unit's distinctive insignia; their motto was "Come out fighting". The 761st was attached to the XII Corps' 26th Infantry Division, assigned to Gen. George S. Patton Jr.'s Third Army.

This figure, which honors the brave men of the 761st Tank Battalion, features a custom headsculpt by Jim Maddox and beautifully painted by Skiman's Workshop plus a custom stand decal from Corrose Designs. This figure consists of quality gear from Soldier Story, Dragon Models, Ltd., Hot Toys, Patches of Pride and Newline Miniatures.

Note: As with all Punch Custom figures, this is a one-of-a-kind figure.
